Spelling, Pre Training and Breaking In Services
Embrace Farm is a 24-hour onsite care and full-service facilities that provides everything your horse needs to achieve optimal health and performance. At our boutique farm located in the Glass House Mountains, Sunshine Coast, every horse, trainer and owner is treated as an individual, allowing you to get the best outcome and a first class experience. Every equine pre-training, breaking and spelling service can be customised to meet your specific requirements.
Spelling
At Embrace Farm, we offer serene spelling facilities. Ample grass is available in each of our 55 spelling paddocks. Our spacious paddocks are secured with a combination of timber and electric fencing, ensuring the safety of your horse. Each paddock also contains a shelter to provide comfort and protection from the elements.
Our spelling services include feeding twice daily, rugging (if desired), farrier, dental & veterinary treatments asrequired and supervision by our onsite farm managers.
Pre Training
We offer personalised training plans tailored to the specific needs of each horse. We also work closely with the trainer to form individual programs to their requirements. Whether it is post-spell fitness development, starting work from injury, a short freshen up or even a change of scenery, we do it all.
We provide weekly video communication on all of our pre-trainers via Prism to regularly update owners and trainers of their horse’s progression at Embrace Farm.
Breaking in
At Embrace Farm we pride ourselves on our breaking in services. Starting horses with a solid foundation ensures a positive start to their racing careers. Under the direction of experienced horsemanAdam& Dallas Simpson, our team of professional breakers tailor each program specific to each individual horse allowing them to have the best start to their career possible.
Rehabilitation
Embrace Farm are proud to offer rehabilitation services. We use tools such as cryotherapy, laser’s and PEMF to aid the healing in your horse’s rehabilitation and create customized plans to each individual horse’s requirements.
We also have use of the swim, sand walker, high speed treadmill and dressage arena to aid in strengthening.
Sales Preparation
High sales results are achieved when horses are presented in immaculate order. We pride ourselves on our sales preparation programs. From weanlings, yearlings to ready to run sales we cover it all. Our team assesses our young stock weekly and tailors each feed and exercise program to each horse. This allows our sales preparation horses to be at their peak from inspections right through to sales time.
Transport
We have a safe, modern and comfortable 8 horse truck and offer transport for local horses to and from the Farm, as well as servicing South East QLD for race days and paddock runs.
